Drury Inn & Suites Middletown Franklin

Arrived during snowstorm and hotel was very busy. Service was beyond expectations. The manager, Alex, found us a room as the hotel front desk associate, Chatala called upon him to work his magic! Our check in process was smooth with Chatala. They both made us instantly welcomed. Happy hour was an added bonus. Missy, in the dining area, was so kind during breakfast. She made a point of greeting each table and ensuring our needs were met. Well done!!!! We will return.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly & accommodating & the breakfast was a good selection. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. It is located by a busy road. We stayed in a room next to that road. If you're a very light sleeper, it may be too noisy. But, this hotel seems to be hospitable and customer focused. If that would be a concern for you, you may be able to request a room on the back side of the building and it would be fine. Would stay here again & would recommend to others.

The assistant general manager went above and beyond for my kids and I. Thank you so much, she made my day after a tough week and then having to find two rooms last minute due to water issues at our home. She is very kind and helpful. I truly appreciate you!!

This hotel remembers what customer service means. Every employee we interacted with was amazing! So friendly, checking in with patrons . Rooms are beautiful and clean. The only thing that might cause less stars would be it only has one elevator to service 155 rooms. BUT the outstanding service provided far exceeds any complaints. Complimentary dinners, free popcorn, and drinks for free. Can't say enough about how great this hotel was. We've stayed at other Drury's and this one is the best.

Conveniently located right off I-75, this hotel is a solid choice for travelers looking for an easy stopover near the Cincinnati Premium Outlets and local dining. The rooms are well-maintained and the staff is notably friendly, though the property shows some age and traffic noise is audible from certain rooms. The complimentary evening "kickback" and hot breakfast add significant value to an overall reliable and realistic stay.

This has been one of the best locations my family has been at. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. We woke up at 8 for breakfast and the food was fantastic. There is an employee her name tag says missy and she was absolutely wonderful. Fantastic conversation and extremely helpful. We seen her keeping temp on all of the food and thats the fist time ive seen that at breakfast. She gave us some wonderful tips for the area and as we left breakfast she welcomed us to come back for our next visit. We will be booking again for sure thanks to her service. And to top it off we seen they freshly cleaned the hot tub. Wonderful location!!

Clean room, great bar service, front desk was very helpful with the area. Employees were very nice and asked how your day was. Great location for hotel. The drinks and food were tasteful and good size portions. Highly recommend and will stay again when back in the area.
